Debt Management principles apply equally to business and personal debt.
Business Debt Management is a process whereby an informal arrangement is made with your creditors (the people you owe money to) to pay back the money that you have ‘borrowed and used within your business’ but fully taking into account the current financial circumstances of your business.
The objective is to set up a monthly payment plan that is sustainable based on a full analysis of your business profit & loss statement that we help you to put together during either the Business Medical™ or on going support programmes.
Your creditors will want to see the income and expenditure analysis as part of the negotiation process that is undertaken on your behalf. This negotiation is undertaken by a nominee such Business Rescue Ltd or a trusted third party such as Ward Quin Associates Ltd
The debt management plan requires your business to make one regular monthly payment to the nominee who then pays your creditors on your behalf. Out of this monthly payment a small fee for professional services is deducted.
Debts, for example, may have been built up over a number of suppliers, HMRC, Inland Revenue, credit cards or unsecured loan facilities.
The Business Debt Management plan generally provides for your creditors to be paid back in full but over a time period that is affordable and may vary from a few months to several years.

This process is applicable to Business Debt Management clients. Having engaged Business Rescue Ltd we will in the first instance conduct a comprehensive Business Medical™ to ascertain the full state of your business and its debt problems. We provide you with an in-depth report which we review with you in detail at the feedback meeting. This report will provide you with pertinent information and analysis, as well as conclusions and recommendations written in plain English that focus on the business debt management process of achieving your ‘Business Debt Management’ plan.
