Unlike Insolvency Practitioners we very strongly recommend that you engage Business Rescue Ltd to conduct a comprehensive Business Medical™ to ascertain the true reasons for the failure of the current business, this will allows us provide invaluable intelligence for use during the ‘Restart my Business’ process. We provide you with an in-depth report which we review with you in detail at the feedback meeting. This report will provide you with pertinent information and analysis, as well as conclusions and recommendations written in plain English that focus on the business restart process of achieving your ‘Restart my Business’ objective.

Restart Process
Once you have decided on your business restart strategy Business Rescue Ltd will then engage you in the ‘Restart my Business’ process. This process will probably require the existing business to be liquidated using the Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) process. This process must be run by a licensed Insolvency Practitioner; our partners are Baker Tilly and T H Associates. However, it may be possible for Business Rescue Ltd to negotiate an informal restart with the support of the key creditors.
In any event we engage you in an ongoing support programme tailored to your needs as defined in the Business Medical™. This support programme will probably be delivered by the same person that undertook the Business Medical™.
From engagement onwards, we are always on hand to offer ongoing support during the ‘Restart my Business’ restart process, until your new business is safely out of the woods and on to its chosen path. This support is available for as long as you want.
Refinancing
Where necessary and practical we will introduce you to a range of financial bodies and, if appropriate, look for private investors to come onboard both during and after the business rescue process.
